Returns Policy.

If you encounter any problems downloading any of our products, please contact us by email using the form on our contacts page. You will need to provide details of your email address (the one used on the paypal payment page) your name, phone number and the date of the transaction. We will attempt to contact you back within 48 hours by email, with the download by attachment to the email. Please note we are unable to provide refunds on downloads
