Complaints.
Our aim is at all times to provide you with excellent information and advice. If you are unhappy with our website for any reason, please contact us by email admin@your-online-driving-school.co.uk We will aim to resolve your complaint within 48 hours.

If you encounter any problems downloading any of our products, please contact us by email youronlinedriving@btinternet.com You will need to provide details of your email address (the one used on the paypal payment page) your name, phone number and the date of the transaction. We will attempt to contact you back within 48 hours by email, with the download by attachment to the email. Please note we are unable to provide refunds on downloads.
Your Online Driving School understands your concerns as to how information about you is used or shared. We are 100 per cent committed to protecting your security and privacy. We therefore do not share or sell your personel information with anyone, or use this information to contact you, unless you have asked us to do so.
